Terms and ConditionsBy requesting commission you agree to all the following points below:PERSONAL USE ONLY [You are NOT allowed to make money off my art, for instance resell my work or use it for commercials]As a customer, you CAN: repost commission art piece on your social media, crediting me; print the piece for decoration in your room.
As a customer, you CANNOT: claim my art as your own, erase my signature, edit the piece without my consent, upload my art to AI programs and websites.Me, as the artist, have the right to: post the art piece on my social media [Unless you would like to keep it private], refuse any order that makes me uncomfortable- First come, first served- Payment via PayPal- 50% of payment upfront before any work is done, remaining 50% of payment before finishing the art piece- Be able to provide visual references of your request [These can be either: photos of items/clothing, drawings of characters, color palettes, perspectives etc. PLEASE SEND REFERENCE EVEN IF the character you want me to draw is well-known. By this we can avoid misunderstandings and I can execute your expectation the most accurate way possible- You have to be 18+ to request gore and/or nsfw content- No refunds

How commission process goes:Please pay attention to commission status before you DM me.Depending on how many commissions there are, work can take 1-8 weeks.DM me on social media to gain a slot. If there is no free slots, you will get on my waitlist.After a little discussion about what you would like me to draw you will need to share your email address with me. I will reach out to you at that address. After receiving the email, you have 72 hours to either confirm or cancel the commission completely. If you do not reply within the given time, I will skip you.Once you have confirmed the commission, as stated above, you need to pay 50% upfront before I start working on your piece. I will send a PayPal invoice to your email.I will keep contact with you through the social media account and/or email, and update you there between the phases on how your commission is going. (If you want me to update you more often, please, let me know about it)Also, for keeping track of my income (for taxes), I need to write an invoice. For that I will need to know which country you are based in. This information is treated extremely confidentially.IN THE SKETCH PHASE you have the opportunity to make 3 major changes without charges.If you commission a coloured piece, IN THE FLAT COLOUR PHASE you may change colours without any charges.If you commission a full rendered piece, after the rendering begins/during the rendering phase changes can only be done with extra charges.You will receive the finished drawing via email.
