Terms and ConditionsBy requesting commission you agree to all the following points below:PERSONAL USE ONLY
For instance: print for decorating your own room.
You are NOT allowed to make money off my art, resell it, print goods of received art work and sell it.
If you are unsure whether the way you want to use my art work is allowed by me, I encourage you to ask me :DAs a customer, you CAN:
- cancel commission mid-progress if serious life situation occurs (however, you will not receive refund of the already paid amount for the commission as work has been already done on the art piece)
- request collaboration post on social media where applicableAs a customer, you CANNOT:
- train any currently existing and future generative AI models with my art and any of my works
- upload my art and any of my works to AI training websites and programs
- claim my art as your own, erase my signature, edit the piece without my consentPoints not respected above will bring warnings then legal actions against you.Me, as the artist, have the right to:
- post the art piece on my social media to promote myself [to keep a commission private you will have to pay 30% of the commission price extra]
- refuse any order that makes me uncomfortable
- cancel commission mid-progress if serious life situation occurs [however, I do not give refund as work has been already done on the art piece]- First come, first serve- One slot = one commission- Payment via PayPal- Price BELOW 130 EUR has to be paid 100% upfront- Price ABOVE 130 EUR has to be paid 50% upfront before any work is done, remaining 50% of payment has to be paid before finishing the art piece- Be able to provide visual references of your request
[These can be either: photos of items/clothing, drawings of characters, color palettes, perspectives, sketches. PLEASE SEND REFERENCE EVEN IF the character you want me to draw is well-known. By this we can avoid misunderstandings and I can execute your expectation the most accurate way possible]
Not providing visual references will create extra cost for the commission.- You have to be 18+ to request gore, NSFW, and any adult content.- No refunds

How commission process goes:Please pay attention to commission status before you DM me.Depending on how many commissions there are, work can take 1-8 weeks.DM me on social media to gain a slot. If there are no free slots, you will get on my waitlist.Before you receive a price for commission we will discuss the details and what you exactly expect. This way I can calculate a fair price in exchange for my work.
Prices indicated in the commission sheets are MINIMUM/BASE prices, meaning, the price of your request will only be higher than those.After the discussion I will ask you to share your email address with me. I will reach out to you via that address. After receiving the email, you have 48 hours to either confirm or cancel the commission completely. If you do not reply within the given time, I will skip you.Once you have confirmed the commission, as stated above, you need to pay 50% upfront before I start working on your piece. I will send a PayPal invoice to your email.I will keep contact with you through your social media account and/or email. Updates of the progress will be sent between work phases or if I need further details or confirmation of the art. Updates can be requested more often.For keeping track of my income, I need to write an invoice. For the invoice I need your full legal name, the country you are based in and an address to fill the paper (address can be business address). All of that information is treated extremely confidentially and is only requested through email.IN THE SKETCH PHASE you have the opportunity to make 3 major changes without charges.If you commission a coloured piece, IN THE FLAT COLOUR PHASE you may change colours without any charges as many times as you wish.If you commission a full rendered piece, after the rendering begins/during the rendering phase ANY changes can only be done with extra charges.You will receive the finished drawing via email.
